Alachua Conservation Trust (ACT)

ACT is an accredited nonprofit land trust working to protect the natural, scenic, historic, and recreational resources in and around North Central Florida. ACT was founded in 1988 and protects land, water, and wildlife through donation, purchase, and conservation easements. ACT works primarily in 16 counties across North Central Florida. ACT's main office is located at Prairie Creek Preserve and is open Monday-Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
