Our gym is unique to Lake City because we offer a full size classroom accommodating up to 18 members for our great classes. We offer childcare, saunas, tanning and a smoothie bar. We have dumbbells up to 120#’s as well as HIT equipment. Our members are from the age of 12 to 90. As our name represents we are a family gym. Open 24/7 with membership.
