Communities in Schools of Bradford County's mission is to surround students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life. We do this through the use of the #1 evidence-based drop out prevention model in the nation. We place highly skilled, caring adults directly inside the Middle School and High School. These caring adults connect the most at-risk students with resources in the school and in the community to address barriers to learning and graduation. Our overall goal is to ensure that these students, that often fall through the cracks, are prepared upon graduation for college and/or a career; helping students to reach their potential no matter their challenges.
