Hello, my name is Frederick Fricker and I am a board-certified in in general pediatrics and pediatric cardiology and work in the Congenital Heart Center here at UF Health. I led the pediatric cardiology division at the University of Florida College of Medicine from my arrival in 1995 until 2014. I helped establish the UF Health Congenital Heart Center in 2006, serving as its medical director through 2014, and watched the center become one of the top congenital heart programs in the country. I received my medical degree from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine and completed my pediatric residency and pediatric cardiology fellowship at the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
