Hall's Pump & Well Services

Hall's Pump & Well was started in 1970, after a lot of hard work and a small amount of money by Donald Hall, son of Ivy and Essie Hall. The Hall's moved to Lake City from Union County when Donald was about five years old. Donald attended and graduated from Columbia High School here in Lake City. Shortly after school he went to work with Witt Electric Co, there he was introduced to well drilling and electrical work. During this time he married Mary Frances Davis, the daughter of Frank and Mary Davis. After seventeen years of employment with Witt Electrical, Donald and his wife Mary Frances started Hall's Pump & Well Service, with 24 hour emergency service.
