Healthcore Physical Therapy, Inc is a Physical Therapy Clinic in the central peninsula of North Florida. We have two locations; in Lake City, FL and Live Oak, FL. We utilize manual therapy, electrical stimulation, and ultrasound therapy techniques (among others). We use these modalities to treat a variety of conditions including, back pain & sciatica, shoulder pain, knee, hip, & leg pain, arthritis, motor vehicle injuries, scoliosis, fibromyalgia, sports injuries, and much more!
