John Reid Wingard, MD

Dr Wingard is a professor of medicine within the division of hematology and oncology, serving as Price Eminent scholar, Director of the Blood and Marrow Transplant and Cellular Therapy Program and Hematologic Malignancy Service. He is also Deputy Director of the UF Health Cancer Center.Dr Wingard has been continuously NIH-funded since 1999. He has published more than 400 articles in peer-reviewed journals, more than 60 book chapters, and has edited 4 books. Dr Wingard has been honored twice by being selected for the University of Florida Research Foundation Professorship, which recognizes faculty members who have distinguished records of research.
