Kathryn Wheeler, MD

Dr Wheeler received her undergraduate degree from Florida State University and her medical doctorate from St. George's University. She completed her pediatric residency and a chief residency year at the University of Florida and performed a year of fellowship training in Pediatric Hematology Oncology at Duke University. She practiced as a general pediatrician for several years in North Carolina and Nashville, Tennessee and also spent 2 years as a hospitalist in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Vanderbilt University. She returned to her home state of Florida in 2015 and happily rejoined her friends and colleagues in the General Pediatrics Division at the University of Florida.
