Laurie Ann Solomon, MD

Laurie A Solomon, MD, is an assistant professor in the department of psychiatry at the University of Florida College of Medicine. She is part of the addiction treatment team, is a designated Professionals Resource Network and Intervention Project for Nurses evaluator and has an outpatient general psychiatric clinic at UF Health Florida Recovery Center. Dr Solomon obtained her bachelor's degree and medical degree from Universidad Iberoamericana in the Dominican Republic. Upon her return to the U.S., she completed a pediatric internship at Goryeb Children's Hospital in Morristown, New Jersey. She then completed a residency in psychiatry and fellowship in addiction medicine at the University of Florida.
