Lewis Insurance

In 1949, Driscal Lewis started selling life insurance for Gulf Life Insurance by walking door to door. In 1975 his son, Tommy, continued to follow in his father’s footsteps. Having the example of hard work, dedication, honesty and perseverance laid before him through his father, Tommy established Lewis Insurance Agency in 1980. With this transition into a property/casualty, brick and mortar business, he was able to write his very first policy on himself! For the next 17 years, Lewis Insurance continued to grow and expand its’ portfolio. In 1997, Brian Lewis, Tommy’s son, returned from college and went straight to work for the family business. One can easily say that insurance is in our blood!
