Nettles Sausage is a family-owned and -operated sausage manufacturer based in Lake City, Florida since 1945. As a USDA-approved beef and pork sausage processing plant, we pride ourselves on having the best quality of meat, using a treasured recipe that's been passed down from one generation to the next. We do custom slaughters, smoked sausages, and hog head souse. We distribute our products throughout Florida, southern Alabama, south of Georgia, and we even have it available through select retail grocery stores, including Walmart, Kroger, Publix, Sysco, and more.
