Santa Fe College Institute of Public Safety

IPS offers the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Associate of Science (A.S.) degree program and certificate programs in Emergency Medical Technician and Paramedic. IPS also offers basic recruit training in law enforcement and corrections–courses that lead to certification required for employment in those fields–and continuing education for experienced law enforcement and correctional officers. The Criminal Justice Technology A.S. degree program also resides under the IPS umbrella, though courses are offered at the Northwest Campus and online.
