Star Canine and Equine Rescue INC is a small family run 501c3 non-profit organization in the state of Florida. In operation since 2007. We specialize in helping equines of all breeds but we also help small breed dogs. We take in private surrenders or county confiscated equines and provide them with rehabilitation and training until a approved home is found for them. We are located in Columbia County Florida. *The purpose of Star Canine and Equine Rescue is to provide a program of horse rescue for physically or psychologically abused, neglected, troubled, or abandoned equines and to provide rehabilitation, retraining, and placement.
