After being in business for over 25 years, we spent quite some time, a decade ago, looking for a name change that reflected how our customers perceived us and what they were looking for in an Insurance agency. What we discovered, in hundreds of conversations with both existing clients as well as prospective clients ,evolved into our name, The Insurance Butler. That name represents what we offer our clients, a concierge level of services that are highly resourceful, astute, discreet and pro-active. Our clients and the future clients we serve, are not looking for an Agency that just copies and quotes existing policies, as they have too much to lose if not properly protected. They want a comprehensive view of what risks they face.
