Thomas Stringer, MD

My name is Thomas Stringer, MD, and I have been practicing urology for over 40 years. I earned my medical degree at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit and completed my internship and residency at the University of Florida College of Medicine. Afterward, I pursued a fellowship in urologic oncology at Wayne State University School of Medicine. For 30 years, I practiced urology as managing partner and president of Citrus Urology Associates while serving as vice president of Citrus Memorial Hospital in Inverness, Florida. In 2011, I returned to Gainesville full time as the medical director of the department of urology.
